Hi,

Have two 3 year old Crepe Myrtle trees (Catawba?). Past two years the leaves curl up and get crispy, they have white substance on them and a lot of webs. It has started again this spring.

I dif spray baking soda mix after leaf out 3 times so far. It was suggested for powdery mildew. No sticky residue on leaves from aphids. I can see what look like small white-headed spore stalks on some leaves

Location: Bay Area, CA. Not foggy part.
