Tensing after I pee.

Hi! Just coming here to ask if anyone could tell me why I might be tensing in my abdomen after I pee?

April last year I had an ovarian cyst removed, ever since then I’ve needed to tense my abs when I finish peeing. I’m not in pain when it happens, it’s just something I never did before.

Has anyone else had this? Is it a weird psychological thing or is this just how my life is now?

Hi, I’m 19 and live by myself and feel a bit ashamed telling my mum about my infection because she tracks my location and has caught be going to two different guys house last week 😬

I noticed my vagina was dry and my vulva was itchy last week so I went to the doctors, told her I’d had unprotected sex and she said it was thrush. I’m waiting for my swab results to come back, but she doesn’t think it’s an sti.

I’ve been using the cream that’s kind of like a tampon to treat it and it’s been working.

I’m just wondering how acidic my discharge should smell after two days of treatment? It’s definitely not fishy anymore but it’s still strong.

I also just went to the bathroom to pee and there was blood when I wiped and I’m definitely not on my period. Is this normal? Has the applicator from the cream scratched my vaginal walls or is this part of the healing?

I’ve also been eating things like mint and blueberries because apparently that can help the itching and inflammation. Any other home remedies would be great since I work on a building site which means the area is irritated a lot and of course I don’t have any women to explain this to so I’ve just been chugging smoothies down to relieve myself.

Also is there any way I can make the insertion of the cream more comfortable? It’s been pretty painful and my muscles tighten when I try to use it.
