Help! Has anyone ever seen/had this issue??? 😭

Ever since Monday 5/4 I have not been able to access my Amazon AtoZ mobile app that I’ve been able to access perfectly fine since October 2021.

I recently transferred to a new job site because my original building is permanently closing 10 days from now. I’ve been at my new site for 2 weeks now and this past week I haven’t been able to access my account on my phone no matter how hard I try.

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, I’ve tried resetting my password and I’ve even tried to re-register with pins sent to my email but nothing. (I even tried plugging my zukey into my phone even though I knew that wasn’t going to work.) This week I could only access my account through a work computer. I know I am not a recent terminated associate because I still have badge access and A to Z still sends me text notifications on VET and VTO.

I don’t know what to do, I tried going to my direct supervisor to reset everything and that didn’t work and I’ve also called the ERC to have a fix ticket put in. (ERC told me on Wednesday that it would take 24-32hrs to fix and that time has already passed.) It’s stressing me out big time and I feel like I’ve exhausted all options. 😭
