How to proceed with stained items?
I placed an order for a bundle, it arrived and the items are worn and stained, 2 out of 3, they’re in really bad shape. I went to message the seller who is on holiday, I sent pictures and told her about the issues. She said that is the reason they were cheap, I told her that she could have shown that in pictures and descriptions because I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew and that I feel scammed. She said she was actually busy and didn’t notice the issues and told me she wishes me to enjoy them. Lol. I told her that I wish to return them and for her to cover the shipping as it was deceiving. She stopped responding. Now I opened an issue in Vinted with the proof. However she is on holiday and it’s been 2 days with no updates. If I open this with claim with Vinted do I have any chances of returning them without covering the shipping cost myself?
