I saw someone else on Reddit post asking about refund for Thursday . I emailed and this is a response I got. (This may also have some relevance for today’s early closure.. )

“If you didn't scan your 'Thursday, April 30 Only' ticket yesterday due to the early closure, that ticket will be honored for admission to the Festival on Friday, May 1 or Sunday, May 3. Please go straight to the scanning lines; there is nothing special you have to do.”

“For any further ticket questions or concerns, please visit one of our 'Ticket support' locations at one of our three main entrances, Gentilly, Sauvage, or Trafalgar gates.”
