We’ve been working on a new concept in honour of our host country: an Eid cookie cake.

It’s made with two layers of chocolate chip cookie, filled and decorated with buttercream, then finished in white and gold tones for Eid.

We wanted it to feel celebratory, elegant and a little different from the usual cake options.

How did we do? Would this be something you’d order or gift for Eid?

It’s interesting seeing the difference in what people gravitate towards here compared to England.

Back home, our milk chocolate cookies were always the bestseller without question. Here? It’s the Kinder cookies. Every. Single. Time.

I added a few extra boxes for delivery this weekend because apparently these aren’t slowing down anytime soon.

Testing this one for Butter & Bloom and wondering if we’re gone too far or not far enough. 🤭
