I saw a post on here from three years ago with a similar question. OP banked with Simplii, I bank with Tangerine, so neither of us technically have branches to do business at - just ATMs. All of the replies indicated banks will do it with or without an account.

Well, not Scotia apparently. "It's a transaction - I literally can't access the cash machine to get your bills if you don't have a Scotia bank card I can swipe." I'll stifle my feelings like usual, but can anyone with recent, lived experience tell me where I can swap these stupid coins? Is there a GOOD bank that would do it for me?
