My spouse and I are thinking about making use of the summer to go to a country or 2 with the kids. We would be working most of the trip in central time zone so internet connection is important but would like to also immerse ourselves in local culture. Any suggestion of which countries to go? We have thought about Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica. Are there any other options we should highly consider?
