I’m looking for a replacement for my spot in a fully furnished 3BHK flat.
The flat is well-maintained with all amenities like inverter,fridge,washing machine,Geser,sofa and all other imp things in place. The kitchen is fully set up, and everything in the house is properly organized and taken care of. It’s located in a mahavir Appartment sector 29 near bhramputra market , so parking is available and security is not an issue.
We already have everything sorted—cook, maid, and regular washroom cleaning—so you literally just need to pack your bags and move in.
Preference:
Since the current setup is with bachelors, we would prefer a bachelor (working professional would be ideal).
Monthly Expenses:
* Rent: ₹11,000
* Cook: ₹2,000
* Maid: ₹1,000
* Electricity: ₹1,000–₹3,000 (depending on season)
Move-in:
Looking for someone who can shift as soon as possible (within 5–10 days).
Preference for someone planning to stay for at least 6 months to 1 year.
