I'm skinny fat and need help my boyfriend is someone who has been in the gym for 4.5 years now and I'm skinny fat he thinks this is 30-35% body fat I have two different scale one says 37% and another says 43.8% if any gym goers can give me a accurate estimate that would be helpful I'm 5'2 145.5
