I’m looking for accomodation for a family of 4 in the Seminyak area. Can anyone recommend me something family friendly that wasn’t too expensive?

Looking for a reliable easy to run Ute to use on my properly in the Adelaide hills. Doesn’t have to be too fancy. Just get me from A to B and allow me to use the tray for wood and soil and for family trips with kids bikes etc. Any of these worth looking at? Ranking them would be appreciated or things to look for?
