Hello everyone, so I am an international student, who is interested in studying in Slovakia in two years' time. I am basically 99% committed.

I speak English as my native language, and I am currently choosing between either medicine or mechanical engineering. In terms of grades in high school, I got no issues. The problem is that I need to study in Slovak, and I got around a year's time to be ready, in which I'll be dedicated full-time to learning the language. How realistic is that? Is studying in Slovak in these fields manageable? Which one is "easier"? Advice from someone who had a similar experience will be greatly appreciated.

Any other advice?
