I’m five months in. My dosage ramp up was 40/60/80. Been on 80 two months now. Doc wants me to stay on 80 until September or even October. I personally haven’t purged yet. Worst side effects for me have been muscle cramps and lower back pain. I had really, really bad neck stiffness the first two weeks on 80 and it has since resolved itself. I have been on a strict vitamin regimen since starting and I think that has helped me all around. Also my lips are about to fall off but like that’s fine…

I was so scared to take Accutane, but it’s worth it. Praying for everyone on the journey ❤️❤️
