I have a completely stock E3 V3 SE Hotend.

Nothing oozes above the heating block, only from the hot metal cube itself down to the nozzle. I clean the nozzle and heating block after every print because of it. I even replaced and tightened a new brass 0.4 nozzle to make sure it's not the nozzle.

What do I fix?
Retraction is at 1mm; 30 mm/s retraction & de-retraction speed, stock sprite extruder.
Heatsink fan is still the stock 2510 fan.
Part-cooling fan is the stock 4010 fan, but side-mounted to get rid of the shroud.
The entire printer is in an enclosure (I print Polymaker ASA).

Prints are okay.
The oozing needs to stop tho.
