I have lucid dreams very frequently and I remember most of them. Every time I lucid dream I start going back to the same spots I had dreamt about before. I have a vast variety but it seems like recently I’ve been only going back to the same spots. Has anyone here tried to construct a map of their dreams and has it helped being more comfortable while lucid dreaming?

My dog has very intense dreams and will be running, barking, etc while she sleeping but when she wakes up she’s on high alert as if she’s actually experienced this. Do dogs know that they’re dreaming and if they do what do they feel when they wake up?
