I think the most of the company benefits are most helpless and waste. Our company has provided shopping coupons as the employee benefits which i found completely useless instead they would have given us the money directly. I don’t know about the other companies but heard some companies do provide health check ups which i feel far better than the coupons. So while discussing all these me and my friend come across a thought in india we don’t have a much financial knowledge any how and everyone lives from pay check to pay check in our industry. So we thought why there is no platform where employees can manage their money in much better and i am not talking about budgeting apps. A personal money manager app which can be used to manage everything from daily spendings, debts, investments and to help us build in emergency fund and obvsly it has to be completely private not been seen by hr or anyone how much i have saved by the hr or else they would next time stop my hikes even . So instead of providing any random coupon if they could provide us this type of platform as benefit at-least it would help us in much better way.
Just wanted to know the thought what would you guys feel and what do you think about this please let me know. And this is just a random thought we came up with so open for any kind of feedback or features.
