What do I do in this situation?

I’ve been fighting a header leak and a loud tick for a while, so I finally put in the work and swapped the whole system myself. After a 8 hour grind, I got the new headers in, but the mid pipe wouldn't seat flush against the flange, leaving a gap. Since I was wiped out and done wrestling with it, I took it to Midas. I even had the exhaust pipe off and ready for them.
The service advisor started at $416
while claiming he "couldn't guarantee" the leak would stop. I managed to talk the price down, and I provided my own parts to keep the bill at $298. They spent about 90 minutes on it, but the second I cranked it, the air was thick with raw exhaust fumes leaking from the flange. As soon as I pulled out, the whole chassis started vibrating something that definitely wasn't happening when I drove it in.
I turned right back around to show them, and what I found was a total hack job. Instead of aligning the system, they cut the mid pipe it to force the connection. Now, it won't even seat into the tailpipe correctly. Even worse, they not only shortened it, but shoved the entire assembly forward until the headers were wedged against the frame. Since they were closing, instead of actually fixing their mistake, they slapped some jb weld on the mid pipe and sent me on my way. Is there a way I can get my money back? Not only did they not fix anything but they ruined a perfectly fine part and made the problem worse.

Had an alternator recall done at the dealership today. Less than 5 minutes after leaving, I heard a popping noise, smelled burning, and got a battery saving mode warning.
Pulled over to find the belt completely shredded, coolant leaking everywhere due to a loose hose clamp, and the cooling system hadn’t been bled at all.
Took it straight back and they fixed everything but when I asked the service advisor about it, he said “that’s just what happens, we’re all human and make mistakes.”
