Upgrade build or buy new prebuilt?

I have a pretty old build that's been slowing down on me, considering just buying a prebuilt since most prebuilts have way better specs than my current build (as well as the fact that I don't really play any heavy games, the "heaviest" games I play are probably Overwatch and Fortnite), but I'm wondering if it may just be worth it to upgrade certain parts on my current build to catch up.
Specs: RTX2060, Ryzen 5 3600, 4x8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM, ROG-B 450 Gaming Motherboard. Case is an NZXT and I have a Kraken liquid AIO.

M Charizard EX 69/106

the texture on the front seems a bit different than my other cards but i can't tell if thats because of the nature of the card being a full art holo or not. been in my collection since i was younger so it could have been given to me with other fakes i had at the time
