Hey y’all,
I am a full time eStore shopper. This week I had volunteered to only help with dipping berries for Mother’s Day. However, I noticed next week all of my shifts are bakery closing shifts. I wasn’t asked, nor did I say in any shape or form that I would volunteer to close bakery, as well as I have never been trained to close.
I thought they had to put me in my home department if I didn’t volunteer or ask to be in another department. Quite frankly, I do not enjoy working bakery anymore, and I will no longer volunteer. I have texted both managers, and will be speaking to leadership when they come in. Any advice?
