Has anyone attempted to make Hong Kong egg tart flavored ice cream or have ideas for a recipe? I tried a Don Tot (egg custard tart) flavor once at The Chinatown ice cream factory in NYC and was wondering if anyone had tried to replicate it. Seems like there aren’t any recipes for this type of flavor online. Thanks!
