Does anyone have tips or guides that have help them learn how to retrohale. I tried to watch a few videos on YouTube the other day to learn but most just say smoke then push the smoke out of your nose. Pretty self explanatory I would assume but I can’t figure out how to get the smoke from my mouth to my nose. Every time I try to force it out of my nose it’s just air then I just end up letting the smoke leave my mouth
