This picture is from Galle, a small historic town and strikingly similar to Fort Kochi. The streets there were a tad bit more organised, aesthetic and cleaner than ours.

It got me thinking exactly why Sri Lanka is doing much better in tourism.

India and specifically Kerala are losing it out on tourism and the potential revenue. The lack of discipline is very inherent.

Overhead cables, lack of public toilets and general civic sense are some of the issues that we must address seriously.

Brownies for guessing the beach?

Hint: Alappuzha district and within 1 hour drive from Kochi.
