Color wheel for dyes and inks

Hi, I do a lot of artwork with fabric dyes and inks that are transparent. This is roughly how I see colors and mix them, using a magenta, yellow, and a blue that’s close to cyan. What do you all think? How much do we see the same or different?

Hi! Have you ever been disappointed by a generic sounding pre-printed “happy Postcrossing” or brief thank-you note over a card that you spent a long time choosing or writing for someone?

I just wanted to chime in today to say that in the last year of Postcrossing, I’ve run into folks who have a lot of **good reasons** for their behavior. So far I have met a Postcrosser who is blind, another who had a stroke and can’t write by hand but prints out messages and tapes them to the card, someone with a tremor in their hand, a person with dyslexia who is afraid of making errors, a person with dysgraphia (learning disability related to handwriting), and a lot of people for whom English is a second (or third or fourth) language. Yet all of these people generously send and receive postcards.

I sometimes see posts by people who dislike printer-generated messages or short messages, and I’ve been there myself. But it’s helpful to remind myself that people have all kinds of challenges, and 99% of Postcrossers are trying to make a genuine connection with other people. I am glad that this hobby can **include everyone!**

I’m so grateful to be part of this group. You all have brought me so much joy! 💌
