Struggling with our small living room, this has been our best solution so far, but it's not great.

Our living room/entryway has been giving me grief since we moved in 4 years ago. We have a 1 year old so now it's also where I work (I WFH) AND it's our playroom. Open to suggestions and ideas. Total dimensions of the whole space are 15'6" x 13'6"
Things to note:
The short wall by the front door is only a half wall, it's 4' tall.
Our internet router also has to be plugged into the corner that the record/book shelf is in.
Furniture can't be too close to fireplace as it's our main source of heating :')
