Hi everyone! I’m planning to move to St. Pete in August, and I’ll be visiting in a few weeks to apartment hunt and get a better feel for the area before fully committing. I’d love recommendations on neighborhoods, spots, or things I should check out to better understand what day-to-day life there is actually like. I’m into yoga/Pilates, beach days, thrift/vintage shopping, coffee shops, and occasionally going out.

I’d also love to know what areas of town you’d recommend for someone in their 20s who wants a walkable area with a good sense of community, while still hopefully being somewhat close to beach access.
