How do I move on?

Hi I've never posted before so Im sorry if this is scattered. I know I messed up and I don't want judgement, just some advice hopefully. When I was 17 I got with an older coworker and my family member reported it to the police when I had gotten pregnant and he's an SO and we now have a contact order. We broke it and I got pregnant again and when the child was born (I smoke weed) CPS got involved originally for substances but then was aware of his status. I honestly was naive and should've thought things through better but it's too late now. My first cps worker was just doing her job and wasn't horrible. It was founded and whatever. I continued to text but not see the baby's father and of course another cps case was had. This CPS worker lied and threatened me and questioned a lot of things I had said. Everything I told them was honest but she questioned me a few more times so yes I told her to get out. I got my records after my case closed and she called me NC and said I refused to answer anything. I only allowed a house visit and got pamphlets, however I did answer questions. She didn't ask nearly as many as the first case which confused me and never followed up until my case was over. I also don't know how it's relevant, but she had asked my baby daddy about when we started having sex and when the last time was and I thought that was very intrusive and inappropriate. I don't know if I can do anything about the case now as even when I had an issue her supervisor also lied to me saying she was new but I brought proof of her working the last three years. I'm honestly just worried anything could happen or anyone could say anything because they don't like me or something and I'll lose my daughter. I honestly have deleted all of my social media and don't want to reach out for help within drs or anything that cps can subpoena ever in court due to anxiety over this. I had bought a camera for my home if they ever were to come back. I have been following the rules and just trying to move on, but it really bugs me that she had stated over and over "If we get any call about anything at all your child will be taken by the welfare office and you will not see her.
