Does PUBG even have real customer service outside the in-game bot?
Is there any way to talk to a human at PUBG Mobile? The in-game customer service page is a total loop and the bot keeps auto-rejecting my claim.
My account was compromised through a phishing link, and I got a 10-year ban because of what the hacker did. I’ve tried the in-game "Help" section a bunch of times, but it's useless. I have my original UID and my device info, but the automated system just ignores it.
Is there an actual email or a web form that works? Or has anyone successfully talked to a person to get an account back? Any tips would be appreciated.
