My current website and domain are hosted on Godaddy and I am creating a new site on Wordpress through Hostinger. I attempted to change the domain through the nameserver but it did not connect at all so i reverted the domain back to godaddy. After this, the hostinger site has remembered the failed domain name but has given the site a completely new domain name. It has also changed my user admin email (which was linked to the godaddy domain) to an email that doesn't even exist. I've tried to change the user email in settings but it won't allow me to change to the original email. I've then check myphp but the admin email there is correct as it should be. I'm advised that in trying to change the admin email that I will receive an email to do so but as the email does not exist, this is impossible. Some advice on this would be really helpful as it's stressing me out because I have no experience with issues like this.
Just want to mention that I've also had to change the wordpress address and site address but I don't think everything is working behind the scenes.
