I have decided I will check DAILY and email the committee members every day ML/Mystic owners have flipped the bird at State & Federal law.

I’m also going to email DSHS & OSHA compliance everyday this continues to be neglected.

IMO this is a good way to continue to amplify the fact that as Representative Perry stated ——the Eastland’s - you think you’re above everyone & everything.

It builds a case they

1. can’t / won’t comply to help DSHS in the guaranteed appeal they’ll file to ensure they get their bag from the Summer of ‘26
   &
2. discovery documentation for civil suites (matters of public record)

Maybe OSHA will enforce the damn law & fine them if attention is brought to the matter……
