Diceded to change the chain and the sprockets. Ordered everything as it should be, chain is good length, rear ant front sprockets have exact numbers of teeths, rear wheel is in good position, chain is tight. Problem is with front sprocket, the gasket is touching the chain in the middle and I can't screw in one bolt. Do I need to screw in those bolts, coz one of them is holding that cover.

Planning to start to buy tools and feel kinda big responsibility to choose the good brand. Eyes are on skil. Maybe you are using something not from this picture, everyone's opinion is welcome.
