My friend sent me this gif, and I cant find the character or poster of this image, its just this still image of this gif and I've genuinely gone insane trying to find out who the hell this is. any help is appreciated, like is it some niche thing i cant find???? Or is he just messing with me and made this himself?? I tried tenor and other gif searching websites and literally nothing came up. What the hell is this?
