Currently working at a mid-sized startup(working from 6 years) in Bangalore & have an offer from Sirona Hygiene as a Key Account Manager. I’ve always wanted to move into the D2C space, but Sirona is currently in a revamp phase after the Good Glamm situation, & I’ve heard mixed reviews about the leadership and work culture.

Would you leave a stable startup job to join a company at this stage just to enter the D2C ecosystem?

Would appreciate honest feedback from people familiar with Sirona or similar D2C startups?
