We were unfairly banned for RMT and are seeking help.
Hello everyone! I'm a long-time player and owner of "Jvne Transports", a transporting service that helps player moving their items from the royal cities to Caerleon in the Europe server.
Me & my partner recently got unfairly banned for RMT and support is refusing to help, sending us the same copy-pasted response when we try to appeal.
I don't know what trade could have triggered the ban because we make countless trades every day, ranging from 0 to 300m silver.
We always knew that something like this would risk triggering the automatic detection system, hence why we always made sure to log every single trade & ticket on our discord, to have solid proof of our innocence in case anything like this ever happened.
We also wrote a ticket to SBI back in November last year, explaining the nature of our trades and our project, while also letting them know that everything is logged and we're willing to share the data at any time, but that didn't help.
We spent thousands of hours progressing our accounts in the past years, following a playstyle which is simply incompatible with the possibility of engaging in RMT. I had around 7b in silver (3b in my inventory, 4b as items) the moment I got banned, it would simply be stupid to risk losing it all.
As I stated previously, every single one of our trades is logged and accessible to everyone on our discord server, in the "review" channel, and we can access every ticket transcript related to those trades to give SBI more information if requested.
Our ticket numbers are 1608011 (AthenaRC) and 1607881 (Aogama16).
