Hi everyone. My girlfriend is 23 years old, and she had some bloodwork done. Her FSH came at 3.62, but her AMH came back shockingly low, at 0.02. She's done the bloodwork on 2nd or 3rd day of menstrual phase.

Most of the cases I've read online about such a low AMH came up with a high FSH (usually over 20) but in her case its 3.62. Is this normal and expected? Did anyone experience/know anyone that went through something like this, esp at such a young age?

She has an autoimmune disease (psoriazis) that's well under control, although sources say that one should not impact the AMH that much.

Any recommendations on what to do next?
