Went against my better judgement and let my subscription renew even though I’ve had issues with my last two boxes. Sure enough, got my box yesterday and the Dae hair mist leaked inside over EVERYTHING. Tried to do a support chat, they now just route you to an auto form that says I’ll get a credit… I don’t want a credit, I want a replacement!!

This company has gone SO FAR DOWNHILL, it’s sad. I used to be so excited about my box, now it’s just issue after issue.
