RTX 4060 8gb, I-7 14700f ____gta5 pc enhanced When I boot up online, my gpu usage sits at about 90%. The more I switch through sessions and do missions/heists, it decreases to about 70%, then 50% which then makes my fps about 60-70. Decreasing my graphics only lowers my usage even more, not changing my fps. Restarting my game also restarts the cycle
