Did you break up parts 1 and 2 evenly as 4 hours and 4 hours?

Drainage and geotech are my weak topics, so should I give more time to part 2, or use up more time in part 1 to feel extra confident in my better sections?

I have two identical calculators (NCEES approved) (for backup and simultaneous calculations). Am I allowed to bring both into the testing room?
