hey folks!

urgent help needed.

was paying my amazon icici card bill through BBPS using SBI net banking.

however net banking payment shown as failed on SBI.

but amount deducted 5L.

to me it seems that the entire fault is on the systems on SBI only bcoz they deducted the amount still it's being shown as FAILED and my credit card due date is near.
what should i do?

raised a ticket with sbi but they closed it saying they have no visibility and they have raised a ticket from their end. and boom complaint closed like wtf.

what should i do? i am having a lot of tension

please help!
