Hello! I've been on Zepbound (2.5mg) for 8 weeks. During week 6, I started experiencing increased joint pain. My hips and knees especially just ache. It feels like I've gone on a long hike. And I feel extra stiff. It hurts to get out of bed in the moring.

I know my water intake wasn't high enough so I've increased that but nothing is helping. Could this be a direct side effect of the drug? Anyone else experienced this?
