Improvise By Improvise (2002)
"Improvise By Improvise" is Sector V's DEBUT album, released in December 6th 2002. This is the album that kickstarted Sector V into the music scenario!
Sector V have been producing music since 1998, but at time they didn't had any plans on actually releasing their music commercially. However, in July 2001, they decided to give a chance for their music by "releasing" their debut single "All Kids Outta The Pool!", which music video premiered on MTV's Direct Effect, through a hijack. (Well, MTV wouldn't take Sector V seriously after all, as they're literal kids!)
Of course, adults got confused as fuck with the music video's "airing", but many kids (mainly the ones from Virgina, who recognized Sector V) loved it! So, with the positive feedback from the kids, in September 2001, They would start production for an ACTUAL album!
They've tried to reach a lot of record labels in order to make the release possible, like Def Jam, Death Row, Interscope, Roc-A-Fella, but they ALWAYS would get kicked out. So, in response, they decided to start their OWN independent label. Then, in May 2002, Numbuh Deaf Records was born.
In July 2002, Sector V would release the 1st and lead single of the album "We Rule The World", where they would introduce themselves and their job of protecting kids from the evil of adulthood.
Then, in December 6th, kinda near to Christmas, Sector V FINALLY dropped the album, leaving a footstep on the music scenario.
Overnight, EVERYONE was talking about those kids that literally dropped a WHOLE album, with most of them doubting their talent, but another majority already nominating themselves Sector V's #1 fan!

FUN FACTS:
- During the album's early production stage, Sector V considered naming the album "Kids Next Door Rules". Numbuh 2 suggested to change the name to "Improvise By Improvise" as they mostly improvised their music ideas based on either their missions or unusual things from their day-to-day life.
- There's a throwaway from the album named "Snipperclips", performed By Numbuh 5 and Numbuh 4, which is included on the final album, but as a hidden track on CD pressings. Numbuh 5 in a 2003 interview to MTV2 stated that Numbuh 3 not only composed the song, but SHE was the one who was going to perform the song with Numbuh 4! Kuki decided to give the song to Numbuh 5, as she was better at singing, and also because she moved her focus on the track "Round and Chunky".
- Numbuh 4 is who composed "Lil Charlene". In this track, Wally tells a story about the time he dated a girl named Charlene. However... Numbuh 5, who produced the track, and most of the hip-hop songs on the album, confirmed on that MTV2 interview that Numbuh 4 FAKED the story! He not only never met a Charlene, but also never was the type of boy which girls falls in love.
