First time turtle owner, I’m mostly concerned about these orangeish/reddish spots on his shell. Are these anything to be concerned about?

Edit: He has a 20 gallon tank, Topfin IV40 Internal filter, Fluval submersible heater, and an in-tank basking filter with 90w Reptituff Splashproof UVA and Reptisun 5.0 UVB lights above the tank.

We’ve had him for a little over a month. We feed him the small Zoomed Hatchling formula pellets and small Reptotreat dried shrimps. I don’t know humidity levels, but the tank is at 79 degrees and the basking area is at 90 degrees. I haven’t noticed any unusual behavior!
