Aggressive cutadvice

have been in a slight caloric deficit (250calories) for the last 2months (reduced another 250 in the second month) went from 90kg and am currently 86kgs (lost about .5 kg a week). I’m used to do doing slow deficits which last around 5-6 months. However, I’m wanting to try out an aggressive cut for the next 3-4 weeks (after watching TNFs guide on it) and will be planning to drop my calories by about 900 calories from what it’s currently been at in this month 2 of the slow deficit. I was wondering if anyone has advice for the “minimal surplus or refeed” phase after the aggressive cut…as in 1) how many calories would you slowly increase by and for how long? then at what point would I be able to get back into that slow deficit phase and I also understand that I shouldn’t be in it for too for hormonal reasons.
