Hey everyone,

I’m a freelancer building AI automation systems for businesses, and I recently made a workflow that automatically qualifies incoming leads instead of manually reviewing every form submission.

Here’s what it does:

• Collects leads through a form
• Uses AI to analyze the lead
• Scores them from 0–100
• Classifies them as Hot / Warm / Cold
• Detects buying intent
• Stores everything in Google Sheets automatically
• Sends instant alerts for high-quality leads
• Sends automated follow-up emails

The AI looks at things like:

• Revenue range
• Urgency/timeline
• Business type
• Their role (owner/manager/etc.)
• The actual problem they want solved

I originally built this because a lot of businesses waste time chasing low-quality leads while missing the serious ones.

Built using:

• n8n
• Gemini AI
• Google Sheets
• Gmail automation

Right now I’m looking for a few businesses to test this with at a low cost (or free for some cases) in exchange for feedback/testimonials.
