I Want to Stop Using Caffeine
What stack would you guys recommend to help eliminate the low-dopamine/lack of motivation/irritability/depression that comes with caffeine withdrawal and recovery? Bonus points if any of you have anecdotal evidence :)
Sleep optimization is my #1 motivation. Recovery and performance I find improve without caffeine.
