How do you all deal with the sweaty neck rolls? My little one sweats in this humidity, and it causes her poor little neck to get all red and smelly. I wash it out and dry it 2 or 3 times a day, and that doesn't seem to help.

I've been to a gp and they said antifungal cream, so I've been doing that, and it was working when the weather was cooler, but this recent hear spell has left bubs neck sore again!!
