Last minute internship interview. They told me that the ideal intern would have 2 yoe. That isn't an internship, that is a JOB. Like a full time job. I even had the bitchass recruiter clarify if she meant experience in an academic setting, or self driven experience and she said no she means an actual job

I straight up said that’s unreasonable if this is an internship job and closed the call tab
