12-Team Full PPR 1.5 TEP. I’m in the beginning of a long and painful rebuild lmao. Just finished rookie draft, traded all my 2026 picks outside the 1.02 & 1.05 (Mendoza & Lemon) for 2027 & 2028 picks. How should I look at recouping assets? Obviously, Lemon, Mendoza, Nabers, & Pickens are gonna be the starting core to build around. But with Pickens being tagged, is it worth attempting to move him? I was searching around teams to see what Pickens could be worth. My initial trade builds were Pickens + 2027 3rd for Tate + 2027 2nd - Pickens + 2027 2nd for Jordyn Tyson + 2027 1st (projected early to mid-ish). How would those offers fair, both teams I were looking at are heavy contenders. With how NIL is set up, I can also see a slight amount of juniors playing out their careers and coming out 2028. But 2027 seems to still be stacked, unless this coming college season shows else wise. Any input would be appreciated

Traded the 1.11 & a projected mid to late 2027 2 for ETN & Tuten, 1.06 & 2.02 for a 2027 1st, flipped ETN and the 3.01 for Olave, Tuten & Gadsden for Breece, and now Breece and the 1.05 into Jeanty. I still have the 1.01 & 1.03 as well as 3 2027 1sts. I don’t think this team will start to contend till the 2027 season, how do we feel about this trade? The OG Jeanty owner was weak on RB and 1.05 is prime Price range with his NFL draft landing spot. I’m not a huge fan of saying someone “won” or “lost” a trade since we won’t know until the season starts. But with how small our lineups are, I feel like it’s better to get the hard hitters who can break open games.

I feel like this team is ready to contend once 2027 hits, but with how I’m built, is it worth using my current capital for a QB2 to expedite my rebuild? This team lacks depth as well as my QB2. One injury could definitely derail, but if all hits right, contending is definitely in the picture for this season if I do trade for a QB. How should I attack this upcoming season?
