Please excuse the hung drapes, there's an active toddler in the house. Also, TV is not staying above the fireplace. We will be replacing these 30+ years wood trim windows soon. Husband and I are debating on keeping the window grids.
Husband thinks we should remove the grids for a better view. There is a golf course behind our home and it gets very pretty in the fall and winter when there's less leaves.
I think we should keep the grids because I believe they are more classic looking and provide that quaint feel. We live in a traditional style, two story home. These windows are visible right when you walk into the house.
Looking for some outside perspective.
