I go to a lot of concerts; last year, I attended over 10.
The process to get tickets and the Monopoly of it all is disgustingly stressful, and a nightmare no matter what platform.
The fact Kacey included all inclusive pricing AND sent out different unique codes to each tour date is what artists used to do before they got greedy. A lot of artists will give a generalized code to everyone or no code at all.
The process was SO easy and fair. I spent $114 for middle of the arena seats at Crypto. I thought the pricing was decently fair. I was in an out of the queue within 5 minutes.
Correction: I meant to say dynamic pricing, not inclusive
