Trying to figure out trans tape for my shape and size

I'm a short thick person but I honestly feel my breasts are completely out of proportion for my body. They are also tuberous. I followed this tutorial, and even this guy's chest is way smaller than mine!! trans tape for big chests

I feel like this still just looks like a boob, and its driving me insane. Does it, or do I have delusional levels of dysphoria? People in my very queen friend group say it looks like a pec but I really see a boob I think its the bulge to the side thats doing it, but hey maybe thats the work of my waist
